147 villas are being constructed as part of an expansion of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, a Deluxe resort hotel on the monorail circuit at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Opening October 23, 2013, this new resort is the 12th Disney Vacation Club property and is located near the Wedding Pavilion at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
