President Obama's full speech on a new policy to boost tourism. The speech was given from a closed Main Street U.S.A. at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World on Jan. 19, 2012. The park remained open during the President's visit but Main Street was only open to White House invited guests. Park guests could watch the speech live on a large screen at the Hall of Presidents attraction.
