On Jan. 19, 2012 at 12:35 p.m. ET, President Barack Obama unveiled a plan to boost tourism in a speech in front of Cinderella Castle inside the Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. His speech focused on improvements to granting nonimmigrant travel visas, particularly to those coming to the United States from China and Brazil. The changes come as part of an executive order issued within Obama's We Can't Wait initiative, making changes without the aid of Congress.
