~Hop~ along as we visit the all-new Regal Eagle Smokehouse in EPCOT for “A Salute To All Cook-Offs But Mostly Barbecue.”

Celebrate your patriotism and love for backyard BBQ at this fast-casual restaurant in The American Adventure pavilion. Sam Eagle of The Muppets plays host to Sam’s Centennial Cook-Off with subtle references to other characters from The Muppets. Hopefully Miss Piggy will stay far away so she doesn’t become part of the menu!

Highlights from this ~frogtastic~ menu include: sliced Texas beef brisket sandwich, Kansas City smoked chicken, Memphis dry-rub pork ribs, North Carolina chopped smoked pork butt platter and BBQ Burger. If you’re looking for a lighter option, try the Power Greens Salad or the plant-based BBQ Jackfruit Burger. ~Hop~ over to the condiment bar for an extensive variety of barbeque sauces, mustards, vinegar base sauces and ketchup. There is also a soda fountain for free refills of your favorite beverage.
