Dinner At Geyser Point In Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, Florida Wildlife & New Resort Progress!

In today's vlog we head to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort to have lunch at Geyser Point with some friends and to check out the construction progress on the Reflections Lakeside Lodge, coming soon to the former River Country Water Park location. We start with some appetizers, a charcuterie board and some edamame, both were really good. Then the entrees come and Jenn had the steak sandwich, which was the least favorite of all the menu items we tried but not terrible, the steak was a little chewy and the bread was very thick which made it tough to eat, but the overall flavors were great together. Everyone else had burgers, Tim had the bison bacon, which he loved, he burger was a little greasy but it was delicious. Jim and Nicole also got burgers and they were able to substitute the meat patty for the vegan beyond burger. All in all it was a great lunch and we can't wait to go back and try other menu items. The scenery was also awesome and was another reason why we know we'll be back! Then we head over to the Copper Creek Cabin area to see if we can see any of the Reflections Lakeside Lodge construction progress from the end of the trail. We couldn't see too much but we did see a metal structure and some construction equipment. On our way back to the front of the resort we even saw an owl and four wild bunnies! It was awesome!
