Today Lucasfilm announced that it has partnered with ILMxLAB (its immersive entertainment division) and the virtual / mixed reality firm The VOID (creators of the 2016 "Ghostbusters: Dimension" game in New York City) to launch a first-of-its-kind Star Wars "hyper-reality" experience entitled "Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire," which will make its debut this holiday season at Disneyland Resort's Downtown Disney District and at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World.
